Ken brings over 32 years of experience in the leasing, management, and sale of retail, industrial and commercial properties in northern Nevada.
EXPERIENCE
Ken specializes in the retail leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and investment opportunities representing buyers, sellers, tenants and Landlords. Ken’s main focus is in the retail leasing and investment opportunities. He brings a unique perspective to his clients having been on the property management side of the industry for so long. Clients have included Applebee’s, Renown Health, El Dorado Savings, Tandy Leather, Dairy Queen, Domino’s Pizza, St. Mary’s Hospital, Meineke Muffler, Godfathers Pizza, LDS Church, Mt. America Federal Credit Union, The Equitable and several institutional clients. Ken started in the residential area and grew that portfolio into one of the areas largest. In 1987 Ken moved into the commercial division where he managed many of the company’s larger accounts.

EDUCATION
Ken graduated with a BS degree from George Williams College in Chicago. He received his Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1984, and has attended many advanced training classes in the areas of leasing, management, agency, brokerage, exchanges, and related fields
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Ken has gone through all the chairs at the local IREM Chapter of which he has been a member since 1977.
Ken is a member of several local business groups
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Ken has served on the Board of Directors of the Sparks Family YMCA, the YMCA of the Sierra’s Corporate Board, and has been on its annual golf tournament for the past seven years.
Ken has been Tournament Director for two (2) national Volleyball Championships held in Reno
Ken is an avid golfer and fisherman.
