CAREER SUMMARY
Gary began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1985 in the San Francisco Bay Area. His experience includes leasing and management of Retail, Office, R&D, Industrial and Mini Storage properties. He received his Certified Shopping Center Manager designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers in 1987 and is currently the managing broker of our Carson City Office.
EXPERIENCE
Gary served as Senior Property Manager in the Property Management Division supervising the management of over 796,200 square feet of retail and office properties for Grubb & Ellis|NCG. While at DGD Development Gary was responsible for the management and leasing of a 985,000 square foot commercial property portfolio including a shopping center; R & D, office and industrial facilities; and self storage facilities. During his time at Pac Trust, Gary was the on-site manager of a 210,000 square foot, 100 tenant, Specialty Shopping Center in Carmel, CA. His responsibilities included leasing, marketing, financial management, facility maintenance, and construction management. While with the Sammis Company, Gary was the on-site manager of a 250,000 square foot Specialty Shopping Center.

EDUCATION
Gary attended Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA and Los Medanos College in Antioch, CA. He earned his Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from ICSC in 1987.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Gary is an active member of the Northern Nevada Development Association (NNDA), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Gary served on the Board of Directors of the Monterey County Travel and Tourism Authority, Carmel Rotary and the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
