As managing director Krueger will be responsible for business development, strategic planning and daily operations for the company. As Senior Vice President of the land division Mark specializes in the sale of residential/commercial land and investment properties. Since 2004, Mark has transacted over $350 Million in land and investment property involving over 2,400± acres and 7,500± residential units along with 600± acres of commercial land. Krueger has been at the forefront of many master planned communities in the Reno/Sparks market including: Double Diamond Ranch, Damonte Ranch, Somersett, D’Andrea Ranch, Wingfield Foothills, Kiley Ranch and Stonebrook.
Krueger has 29 years experience in commercial real estate. He began his career with Grubb & Ellis Company in Sacramento, California. During his tenure with Grubb & Ellis Company he was awarded the status of Senior Marketing Consultant and was appointed Senior Vice President. He ranked first or second in production in the Sacramento office in twelve of the thirteen years and top land/investment producer in eleven of thirteen years. He was also awarded “Sacramento’s Best Seller” by Sacramento Magazine and named Who’s Who in Sacramento Real Estate. Krueger came to Reno, Nevada in 1995 serving as the Director of Marketing for Double Diamond Ranch, a successful master planned community. He joined Grubb & Ellis|NCG in 1997 specializing in the sale of land and investment properties and was later appointed Senior Vice President In November of 2006 Krueger joined the Reno office of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate as a principal where he continued specializing in the sale of land and investment properties. Krueger rejoined the Grubb & Ellis|NCG team as managing director and senior vice president of the land division in October of 2007.

Mark possesses an MBA degree from California State University – Sacramento and a BS degree in Business Administration from UC-Berkeley
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Krueger was awarded the Summit Award for Top Land Broker of Northern Nevada in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He has also been awarded Top Producer honors in the Reno office four of the last five years and ranked in the top 25 among Grubb & Ellis affiliate offices in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Krueger has been a member of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada for the past six years and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors. He is a noted expert and regular contributor to local, regional and national publications.
