CAREER SUMMARY
Erin serves as the office manager and executive assistant to the land team for Grubb & Ellis|NCG. As office manager, Erin’s primary responsibilities are to oversee the day to day operational activities of the staff and specialty divisions and coordinate all marketing and administrative activities. As executive assistant for the land division, Erin’s primary responsibilities are to develop all marketing materials, monitor land sale transactions produce quarterly and annual reports on Northern Nevada land trends and assist Mark Krueger, managing director and senior vice president.
EXPERIENCE
Erin has over nine years experience in commercial real estate. She began her career with Grubb & Ellis in late 1998 as the Broker/Administrative Assistant where she assisted the administrative, accounting and marketing departments. In 2002 she was promoted to marketing coordinator for Mark Krueger of the Land Division. During her time as marketing coordinator, Erin implemented the local Grubb & Ellis|NCG website as website coordinator. For a short period of time in 2005 assisted the Grubb & Ellis|NCG Office team as marketing and leasing coordinator. Erin left Grubb & Ellis In November, 2006 to join and help build the new Reno office of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate as the marketing director and office manager. Erin rejoined the Grubb & Ellis|NCG team in October of 2007 where she will serve as the office manager and executive assistant for the land division.
EDUCATION
In May 2005 Erin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno. She also holds certifications in Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Erin has been a licensed salesperson in the State of Nevada since 2004 and recently became a member of the northern Nevada chapter of CREW, Commercial Real Estate Women.
