Grubb & Ellis|NCG Announces New Listings

RENO, Nev. (January 11, 2010) – Grubb & Ellis|NCG, northern Nevada’s full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in office, retail, industrial, land, investment and multi-family properties, announces the following new commercial real estate listings:

Industrial

5450 Louie Lane: Chris Fairchild of Grubb & Ellis|NCG was awarded the sublease from Mariah Power for 16,870 square feet of flex space located at 5450 Louie Lane in Reno.

1395 Spice Island Drive: David Schuster, SIOR, CCIM, Greg Shutt, SIOR and Chris Fairchild of Grubb & Ellis|NCG were awarded the sale and lease listing from Brucke Klahr for 8,500 square feet of flex space located at 1395 Spice Island Drive in Sparks.

Retail

Sierra Shopping Center, Susanville: Robert Dean E.V.P of the Sacramento Grubb & Ellis office and Tad Loran of the Reno Grubb & Ellis|NCG office have been awarded the lease listing of the 150,000 square foot Sierra Shopping Center located on Main Street in Susanville, CA. There are two suites available totaling 3,000 square feet. The center is anchored by Safeway, Rite Aid, Ace Hardware, Taco Bell and Starbucks.

Office

1650 Lucerne: Gary Moreira of Grubb & Ellis|NCG was awarded the lease listing of Class A Office Space located on 1650 Lucerne in Minden. The building consists of 10,255 square feet with 200 to 5,000 square feet available.
